Shipping and Returns
Fees
I do my best to prevent shipping costs to our customers. If you feel the shipping costs have been incorrectly or unfairly calculated, please contact me. Our shipping rates by destination are:
United States: Free shipping on all orders over $18. This threshold means all neoprene products ship for free.
Canada: $11 minimum, then increases by weight of the order. The calculations can be inaccurate on larger orders, so please contact us if they seem high.
Rest of the World: $15 minimum, then increases by weight of the order. The calculations can be inaccurate on larger orders, so please contact us if they seem high.

Time to Ship
All products are made to order. Most items will ship within 3–4 days but can take up to a week depending on my schedule.
If there is any delay in your shipment, you will be notified as soon as possible. If we have any foreseeable delays in shipping, a notification will be placed on the front page.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship via USPS. Delivery time in the US is typically within 3–4 days from the ship date. International orders will vary by location, but typically take 1–2 weeks. I've seen this take 3–4+ weeks during COVID.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders domestic and international. If a tracking number was not attached to your order, contact me and I will provide it to you.
Returns
If you have any quality issues with the product I offer returns and/or exchanges. Because all products are made to order, I cannot offer returns if you order the incorrect size. All objective dimensions are the diameter. And remember, 40K uses the 7.5" size, NOT 6".
Do you ship internationally and to APO/FPO?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Rates for Canada and the rest of the world start at the amounts listed above and adjust by weight. If shipping looks high on a larger order, contact us—we can review it. APO/FPO is supported via USPS.
Objective Markers
What do the neoprene objective markers do?
They show the scoring area clearly. If a model touches the marker, it’s in range—no measuring disputes.
Which sizes should I pick?
We list common sets for popular games (3.5", 6", 7", 7.57", 9"). Pick the one that matches your system. Custom sets available.
Do the markers slide during play?
No. They’re neoprene with a non-slip rubber backing, so they grip the table.
How durable are they?
Thin but tough. They resist fraying, roll for storage, and bounce back flat.
Can you make custom sizes or numbered sets?
Yes. We can number them or cut custom diameters for clubs, stores, or events.
What size objective marker do I need for Warhammer 40K?
For 40K, the common “in range” template around a 40 mm objective is a ring about 7.57" in diameter (3" from the center). We offer that size, plus 3.5" (Kill Team/Boarding Action), 6" (Warcry), 7" (Kings of War), and 9" sets—and we can do customs.
Warhammer 40K Terrain Bases
What are terrain bases (footprints)?
Neoprene mats that mark each terrain piece’s footprint. They standardize layout and speed up setup.
Do they fit common 40K terrain?
Yes. Sizes are chosen for typical ruins and LOS blockers. Custom sets available.
Will they protect my game mat?
Yes. The neoprene layer prevents scuffs and keeps terrain stable on your mat.
Are they good for tournaments?
Definitely. They keep tables consistent, speeding up rounds and avoiding disputes.
How do I store them?
Lay them flat or roll them up. They’re light, flexible, and easy to pack.
Do your terrain bases match common 40K tournament layouts?
Yes. Our packs use practical footprints that TOs expect, and we can custom-match any event doc you use. Send us measurements or a diagram and we’ll cut a precise set for your tournament or club.
Age of Sigmar Bases
What do AoS terrain bases help with?
They match common AoS layouts so you can set up terrain fast and fair.
What sizes are typical?
We include small and medium footprints sized for AoS terrain pieces. Custom packs available.
Will they shift under scenery?
No. The non-slip backing keeps scenery steady even if the table gets bumped.
Are they event-friendly?
Yes. They let TOs set up many tables consistently and keep events running smoothly.
Can I get a matching set for my club?
Absolutely. We can produce bulk matched sets, with labels or numbering if needed.
Are your AoS bases sized for the current General’s Handbook season?
Yes. We size our AoS bases to match current season guidance for terrain placement. If your group uses a specific pack, we can cut an exact match—just send the details.
40K Foldable Terrain
What does “foldable terrain” mean?
Pieces flatten for storage and pop back up for play. No glue or tools needed.
Is it sturdy enough for regular games?
Yes. 3D-printed in durable PLA. Treat folds with normal care and they last.
Does it ship painted?
It ships unpainted so you can paint it your way. Primers and acrylics work great.
How does it help events or travel?
It packs flat, so TOs and clubs store more terrain in less space—and players can carry it easily.
Can I request a custom mix?
Yes. Tell us your sizes or table count and we can build a set that fits your needs.
Does the terrain count as Obscuring/Light/Dense in 40K?
Use it as you would standard ruins/LOS-blockers—TOs can mark pieces as Obscuring, Light, or Dense per their pack. Our sets are sized and shaped for consistent, tournament-style play, and we can label or size them to match your event rules.
